The Elephant in the Room launch party — a Gestalt Grenache with a blue elephant label on the bar at Tin Roof Bistro, Manhattan Beach, October 8

Next up · Thursday, October 8 · 5–7 PM

The Elephantin the Room.

Drop No. 8 is a Grenache from Gestalt Wine Company, made by winemaker Dave Phinney, and it pours for the first time at Tin Roof Bistro. Skip the front door: a code word gets you through the side entrance, a card gets you one clue, and the room has to work out who the Elephant is before the reveal at seven.

Sleuth Chic attire. Tray-passed bites from the Tin Roof kitchen all evening, charcuterie out all night. A supplemental prix fixe menu is available in addition to our dinner menu for guests with reservations following the event.

White Lines &Shorelines

Drop No. 7 came out the way every Gestalt wine should — poured, not shipped. Members got the first taste of the 2025 Chardonnay while there was still light on the water, with the patio set, the music low, and the kitchen showing off a little.

If you weren’t there, the wine’s story is in the library — and the next party is already on the calendar. Invitations reach members first.

Quarterly Launch Parties

Every new release gets a proper send-off — new wine releases, gourmet bites, and entertainment tailored for wine enthusiasts. First pour goes to members.

The fine print, plainly

Members hearabout it first.

Event invitations go to members before anyone else — and the intimate ones never make it past the member list at all. If your calendar likes being interesting, this is the fix.

The club stays intentionally sized so the experience stays personal. If now isn’t your moment, that’s all right — the patio isn’t going anywhere.
